1.2.   Registration Entitlements (For 03 days of main conference 24th, 25th,26th June 2016)

1.3.   Students Registration

-    Student: Undergraduate, graduate, post – doctoral fellows and trainees.

-    Proof of status must be sent with your transaction order information number to the conference secretariat at before May 15th, 2016

-    Without document stated above, a full registration fee will be charged.

1.4.   Registration fee for Accompanying Person

Refreshments and lunches (For 3 days of main conference 24th , 25th, 26th June 2016).

2.   Gala Dinner

Gala Dinner Fee: 50 USD

Participants are available for coming to Conference Dinner in Indochine Palace - Hue, Vietnam (dự kiến) from 19:00 to 20:00pm, 25th June 2016.

Please note that registrants are responsible for any bank charges that may be incurred. Upon receipt of your transfer on our account your registration will be finalized and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. If the amount transferred to the SEABCS 2016 account does not correspond to the amount stated on the registration form, your registration will be regarded as incomplete.

Please observe the relevant registration deadlines. Registration fees depend on the date your payment is received and will be adjusted accordingly, if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline.

3.3    Onsite payment

For those delegates who have restrictions by their country on the transfer of funds to another country (either by bank or credit card), you are welcome to contact the Conference secretariat to pay directly by cash at Conference venue from 24th - 25th June 2016. Registration is accepted when full payment has been received. Once payment has been cleared, you will receive the confirmation via email from the Conference Secretariat.
